Well, I did say I'll start small...

Monday night stats: 126.5 and 29%
Tuesday night: 126.5 and 28%

Both Tuesday and Wednesday I did the same exercises:

25 abdominal muscle flex
25 sit-up on the Ab-lounge chair
25 push-up on the ball
10 sit-ups on the ball
15 leg lifts

On Tuesday I did 2 1/2 minutes on the bike and Wednesday I did 3 minutes.

I was busy with cleaning and general maintenance for the last two days and I did eat relatively healthy stuff, just too much of it I guess. Gotta work on the portion control.
