Highest yet

Last night stats:
126 lbs 30%

So, for the last week I kept up with my vitamins and supplements, remembered them all at the right times, too.
Eating has not been as healthy as I would have liked it, but not too bad either.
Housekeeping has been all right, no deep cleaning or anything like that, but everything is in order. Finally decluttered my closet.
Kept up with cooking up to now.

Exercises: just did a little sumtin today.
10 ball push-ups
3 different sets of 20 with the jump rope
5 leg lifts
10 sit-ups on the chair
10 abdominal muscle flex

Curious to see if I can do at least this much every day...
