Fail

So I did nothing on Sunday. And Saturday night I weighed in at 127lbs 28% body fat. The clothes were just 2 lbs. Sunday night I was 125.5 and still 28%.

Today I did some of the exercises:
25 abdominal muscle flex
25 sit-up on the Ab-lounge chair
25 push-up on the ball
2 minutes on the bike
10 sit-ups on the ball

Well, I guess it's better than nothing...
