Tuesday night: 126.5 and 28%
Both Tuesday and Wednesday I did the same exercises:
25 abdominal muscle flex
25 sit-up on the Ab-lounge chair
25 push-up on the ball
10 sit-ups on the ball
15 leg lifts
On Tuesday I did 2 1/2 minutes on the bike and Wednesday I did 3 minutes.
I was busy with cleaning and general maintenance for the last two days and I did eat relatively healthy stuff, just too much of it I guess. Gotta work on the portion control.

Fail
So I did nothing on Sunday. And Saturday night I weighed in at 127lbs 28% body fat. The clothes were just 2 lbs. Sunday night I was 125.5 and still 28%.
Today I did some of the exercises:
25 abdominal muscle flex
25 sit-up on the Ab-lounge chair
25 push-up on the ball
2 minutes on the bike
10 sit-ups on the ball
Well, I guess it's better than nothing...

Well, I still did something...

I also walked at the mall today for a while.
Last night: 123lbs 29% (wore the same thing as the night before).
Ate ok things today and no chocolate.
Painted for fun with the girls for two hours. We had this cute little printed canvases from J*Ann's and they turned out quite cute.
I should be in bed by now, so I will go and at least start my night routine.

I soooo wanted to skip today...
...but I made myself do the same exercises as yesterday.

I'm pretty sure I won't be doing any on weekends with everyone at home snickering at my pathetic attempts.

Ate a healthy dinner (low-fat paella) but I had seconds and also some chocolate after. Darn all these chocolates in the house! There are several kinds from Europe, so I keep wanting to try them all and then, there are the truly amazing ones that make my mouth water just thinking of them. :)
The Christmas tree is finally back in its storage place, now I just have to find a place for my nutcracker.

Yesterday I finally got all the decorations off the tree and packed everything away. I still need to take the tree apart and store it. Also I need to find a storage place for our newly acquired 3 ft nutcracker Vlad. The outdoor penguin lights still need to be cleaned and put away as well.
Yesterday I have also vacuumed the whole house and then gave the vacuum a good cleaning.
Then I cooked a low-fat dinner: Sweet an Sour Shrimp stir-fry with noodles, but I went all out and had three chocolate bonbons after.

Last night stats:
126 lbs 30%
So, for the last week I kept up with my vitamins and supplements, remembered them all at the right times, too.
Eating has not been as healthy as I would have liked it, but not too bad either.
Housekeeping has been all right, no deep cleaning or anything like that, but everything is in order. Finally decluttered my closet.
Kept up with cooking up to now.
Exercises: just did a little sumtin today.

Curious to see if I can do at least this much every day...

2 lbs in one day...
...which I somehow gained! WTF? How is that even possible?? So, 24 hours later I weigh in at 125.5, BMI still 30%.
Twenty-four hours after that: 124, 28%. Can there be something wrong with the scale, I wonder?...
Anyways, on the eating healthier front, I could have done better, but I hate to waste food and there is all that leftover ham I just have to work into some dishes. Or maybe I should freeze some for later.
Exercise wise: does getting out of bed count? Yeah, that's about all. And walking in the grocery store. I have to make a plan or I'll never do a thing!
Housekeeping front: quite a big accomplishment, as I have finally took my brand new sewing machine out of the box and made my daughter the duvet cover I have promised her four months ago! Also, to get the hang of using said machine I have sewn our duvet cover (which was held together on two sides by safety pins), something that should have been done more than 6 months ago. I'm gonna miss those pins snagging me as I sleep! :)

I didn't expect that!
Well, I finally pulled the bathroom scale out of the closet, where it has been put away at the beginning of the house remodel, about 9 months ago. Nevermind that the remodel was finished 6 months ago! The scale never made it out of the closet until last night. And the numbers it flashed at me when I tried it??? Not at all what I was used to seeing! OMG!
I guess my pointing start for this little project of improving myself, at least on the health plan, is a little farther back than I was thinking. Oh, well...
